ACTIVITY

MSF Logistique's activity is centred around three main areas:

SUPPLY CHAIN :

Approval, purchase, storage and shipping of products on behalf of the various MSF sections.

Activities :

  • Operational Consultancy: Analysis, suggestion ofoperational solutions, monitoring and support

  • Identification and approval of products and suppliers: Search for the most suitable products (quality, costs, time-scales, services)

  • Supply/Stock management: Guarantees continuity in terms of product availability and organisas their storage (general stock and emergency stock)

  • Shipping management: Prepares orders, organises and monitors transportation to destination.

KIT ASSEMBLY :

MSF Logistique makes medical and logistics kits adapted to specific needs (emergency conctext, for specific pathologiies...)

These kits enable quick response and fulfil the needs of the missions.

SERVICES :

  • Technical and operational support for MSF missions

  • Training

  • Provision of various services (chartering of passenger air transport, R&D...)

 

 


PRODUCTS

Medication and medical equipment

MSF Logistique proposes a list of medication, based on the "List of essential Medicines" of the World Health Organisation (W.H.O) and medical equipment that complies to international quality control standards.

Logistics equipment

MSF Logistique provides all equipment necessary for missions (vehicles, shelters, motor pumps, generators...) as well as related services (After sales services, spare parts...)
