Kits and individual items are presented in our catalogue "Guide of Kits & Emergency Items". They may be subject to changes without notice. There is no obligation on the part of MSF Logistique for items ordered prior to those changes. MSF Logistique can legally offer its services only to organisations working in the field of non-profit humanitarian aid. MSF Logistique products can only be sold for final export outside the European Union. Their use as well as the knowledge of legislation concerning import conditions, or obtaining import licences, remains under the complete responsibility of the buyer. MSF Logistique cannot be held liable for goods confiscated, destroyed or refused entry, that were not in strict conformity to local legislation. When placing a first order, MSF Logistique requires the following information : * company statutes * V.A.T. number of the forwarding agent for the delivery of goods within the E.U.
The delivery of pharmaceutical products (medication, sterile products) within the European Union may only be made with an approved forwarding agent. MSF Logistique reserves the right to refuse any order which does not fill the above mentioned conditions. Catalogue prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are before taxes in Euro, FCA (items ready for delivery) MSF Logistique. Prices given by MSF Logistique on a proforma invoice are valid for a 30 day period, unless otherwise stated. The usual mode of payment is " 30 days from invoice date" in Euros. MSF Logistique reserves the right, particularly for new clients to ask for immediate payment, in the form of an international bank guarantee or an irrevocable cable letter of credit when the order is made. MSF Logistique maintains the ownership of all merchandise until receipt of total payment. If MSFL is the consignment service and unless otherwise specified, the shipment is delivered cost insurance and freight (CIP or CIF) to the agreed destination. This excludes customs charges at destination. Should the shipment of goods to final destination not be handled by MSF Logistique, delivery must be to a forwarding agent, who will fill out all customs obligations. Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances MSF Logistique cannot be held liable for the late delivery of goods due to circumstances beyond their control (civil war, government action, catastrophe etc.). If such a delay exceeds a 4 month period, MSF Logistique can cancel the order without compensation to the buyer. The buyer will be notified by registered mail. Under no circumstances can the financial responsibility of MSF Logistique for goods and freight exceed the total amount invoiced. Any litigation resulting from transactions with MSF Logistique will be dealt with in the Paris Courts (France). |
